
As a personal trainer and Yoga instructor, I am honored to
help others discover strength, awareness and ease in their bodie
s. Inspired by
the precision alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, I specialize in strength
and flexibility training for optimal posture and joint function. My clients
range from stroke survivors to professional dancers, from 28 to 87, and they
are all my teachers as well as my students!
