As a personal trainer and Yoga instructor, I am honored to help others discover strength, awareness and ease in their bodies. Inspired by the precision alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, I specialize in strength and flexibility training for optimal posture and joint function. My clients range from professional dancers to stroke survivors, from ages 25 to 89, and they are all my teachers as well as my students!


Start where you are. It is possible to become strong and vital at any stage of life, with any set of past injuries, and the path towards this is unique to each individual. With respect to your specific goals, strengths, and limitations, I will guide you one step at a time towards adopting positive changes that allow you to thrive.
