Sarah Jenness, RYT, CPT, is a an Integral (IYI) Hatha Yoga teacher, a NASM-CES Certified Personal Trainer, and a graduate of the Piedmont Yoga Advanced Studies Program. She presently studies with Donald Moyer and Judith Hanson Lasater, and is Relax & Renew® restorative yoga teacher.
With a lifelong background in dance, Sarah began strength training and practicing yoga to heal from and avoid injuries. She is committed to sharing her love for yoga with clients at all levels of ability. Sarah hopes to encourage a deeper awareness of and appreciation for the body and for the Self.
