Restorative Yoga utilizes props to fully support the body, allowing states of deep relaxation and healing to occur. The physiology of relaxation is different than that of sleep, and it is extremely beneficial to our health and balance. Sarah teaches restorative yoga privately and in corporate settings, increasing productivity and decreasing pain commonly associated with repetitive stress and other injuries.

Sarah's Hatha Yoga classes emphasize correct alignment, mindfulness  for injury prevention and breath awareness. While cultivating the depth and strength of longer held poses using props, she infuses brief intervals of vinyasa flow to encourage breath awareness and presence. Public classes are accessible to all levels of students.
